Teresa's obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Teresa "T" Bell, who left us peacefully on July 25, 2025. Born on May 18, 1954, Teresa touched many lives with her warmth, kindness, and ceaseless devotion.

She will always be remembered for her strength and her giving nature. A beloved mother, daughter, grandma, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, Teresa's legacy is one of kindness and unconditional love.

Teresa was predeceased by her father, Gary Baker Sr., but her memory will live on through her loved ones. She is survived by her mother, Mary Louise Baker, her devoted daughter, Tammy Nolan, and her caring brother, Gary Baker Jr. and her sister Becky that was also her best friend.

A proud graduate of Southern Garrett High School in Oakland, Maryland, Class of 1972, Teresa had a penchant for the simpler joys in life. An ice-cold Mt. Dew was her beverage of choice, and her absolute favorite recreational activity was spending quality time with her family.

Teresa loved to travel. Cruising the Caribbean was her preferred vacation, where she would bask in the beauty of the sea and the warmth of the sun with her daughter and grandson Jason.

In remembrance of Teresa, Tammy Nolan writes, "my mom, my angel, my best friend with wings...I miss you." It is a sentiment shared by many, as Teresa was indeed a beacon of light and love in the lives of those she knew.

In the wake of her passing, we remember Teresa for her kind, giving, strong, devoted, and caring nature. She has left an indelible mark on the hearts of many, and her spirit will continue to inspire those who knew her. Farewell, Teresa - your memory will forever be cherished.
