Tendai's obituary
Tendai loved his family, and his dogs. He was a good friend to many - he was a social butterfly. He lived with his Mom and Brother, but also had an extended family who was always involved in his life. We all love him very much. His favorite thing to do was to travel to new places, go on adventures, and to eat different types of food - like octopus. He was a curious young man. He and his family have a map to track their adventures and he was looking forward to traveling abroad. He wanted to see the world.
Tendai enjoyed a good game of basketball and played in numerous leagues when he was younger. He also enjoyed fly fishing with his Grandpa Marlin. He had an infectious laugh and ornery streak. Tendai felt very strongly about social justice, and was particularly passionate about the Black Lives Matter movement.
He is survived by his Mom, Jennifer Jahnke, his Brother Hayden Gleason; Grandparents Mary and Marlin Jahnke; his Aunt Jill Jahnke, Uncle David Jahnke, and Aunt Tomoyo "Tommie" Udagawa. He is also survived by countless friends, particularly his life-long Best Friend Henry Benoit.
