Joel, Guy, Cissy -

So sorry to hear about your mom.  I always liked Tek with her positive attitude and infectious smile and  she was a joy to be around.  I will always have the Yellow Creak pictured in my mind sitting river front “assuming the position”!

Cissy and family, 

Prayers for comfort during this difficult time. I was blessed to have been able to meet your mother during my nursing clinicals at the VA, in the early 90s. She was an excellent nurse and left a great legacy.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Tekla. Sincerest condolences to her loved ones. Tekla was very helpful in assisting me to advance in my Nursing Career at Tuscaloosa VA. I have beautiful memories of her that I will always cherish.
