Many years have passed. Ted was my first love from 1967-1974. He was always kind and loving. We broke up once I attended UCSF with great heaviness in my heart. I have no idea except maybe the passage of time why I chose to look him up now. It is with great sadness such a man of gentleness has passed on. Yet I am so happy he found the true love of his life and had a prosperous full life of family and love. Thank you for giving Ted happiness. I am so sad he has passed on.

While their two boys were young, Vikki & Ted invited me to their place in Fairfield. They had a fancy boat & I thought Ted was very kind to take the family water-skiing. Living around water previously, I felt thrilled to get back to it. I dove off the boat with contacts in, eyes-wide-open, but Ted passed it off, smiling. (With luck, I redeemed myself on a slalom ski after 10 years.) It resulted in his making me feel as if we were all family there. . .

Dear friends and Family,

Thank you all for attending Ted’s celebration
Of life today, Reef, Brenden, and myself are so greatful. It was so fun to see everyone in person and virtually, and if I missed anyone virtually I apologize, some didn’t show a face or were popping in and out and I wasn’t sure or couldn’t see if you were here. Everything has really been a maze to me lately, but I’ve seen and felt so much love from everyone and I know that is giving Ted peace. I miss him dearly and I’m not sure where my life will lead? I’m still very numb. I hope you keep me in your prayers for direction as well as my Brother and sister-in-law Jim and Nancy as they too just lost their beautiful daughter, who was the most beautiful person inside and out. I miss her daily and we are all suffering with the loss of both our loved I will be praying for all of you and pray to God to please bless you all for being with our family. I love you all so much vikki

Ted was truly one of the most caring, hard working person I know. He was also very funny!! I will never forget I was there to help Vikki after her heart surgery and Ted and I had to change her bandage. He came out with a shower hat on and a toilet brush in his hand. He loved his family so much! He took such good care of Sylvia and fed her so gently in her dying years. Even to worry and cover me with a blanket. I cry as I write this. He will be missed terribly! 1990, Mexico Cruise

Glen and I met Ted and Vikki on a Mexican cruise in June with our kids. Brendan was close in age to Tanner, the kids hit it off, as did the 4 of us. We got along so well, that November we flew to Puerta Vallarta and spent Thanksgiving together along with Vikki's parents. We had the best time, we visited them in Folsom and as usual had a great visit and alot of laughs. Life takes over and we get busy, and then it was hard for Glen to travel. We have always considered them both to be dear dear friends. So much our our lives mirrored each others. Ted you will be great missed, you and Glen can have a blast until we meet again. We love you all very much, and I promise I will stay in touch with Vikki and make sure she is ok. Rest in Peace dear friend, be at peace and watch over us. Give Glen a hug for me, tell him we miss him so much. God bless
