We will always remember Ted as a very charming, handsome man who adored his wife Vikki and loved his family! We feel very blessed that we had a chance to know him and be part of his life!

I knew Ted back in the 80's while he competed in Bok Fu martial arts. I recall many good times w/ Ted and Vikk & later ate at their home in Fairfield when the kids were small. Ted was a Wonderful host & Dad. We enjoyed eves out dining & dancing with friends & this bond continued. My condolences to the whole family. God Bless.

The last time I saw Ted was 2 summers ago when I came to San Diego to visit my dear friends Vikki & Ted. Ted was a wonderful man who deeply loved his wife and told her this openly everyday. He pampered her like a queen. I was so envious. He treated me as I too was always his family and had known me forever. Ted was a gentle man with a huge heart. He will always be remembered and forever miss. 🙏🏻💜

Ted was a great Brother In Law and I loved working with him. He had an amazing work ethic! We loved are trips to Europe together, they will always be lifetime memories. You are in our prayers Vikki. God bless!

Ted loved working for FEMA, and he loved his teammates ... his teammates loved him too. We will miss him, and remember him fondly.

Ted was a great person!
He was kind,thoughtful, funny, and everything a guy should be!
He always said nice things about people, and if he didn’t he just didn’t say anything!! I knew him for many many years,more recently got to know him better!
He will truly be missed by many many people!! My deepest sympathy!! Jackie Reich
