Ted F. Hall, 68, of Granite Falls, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Frye Regional Medical Center.

Ted was born July 16, 1953 in Lenoir to Woodrow and Edna Hall who preceded him in death. Ted received an Associates in Fine Arts specializing in Drafting from Caldwell Community College. He later on taught collision repair at the same college.

He married Laura Ann Morris, the love of his life, in 1982, who preceded him in death in 2010. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by a brother Woody and daughter, Mary Ann Hall. He is survived by his daughters Shasta Martin and her husband Cory of Granite Falls, NC and Brandy Taggart and her husband Jonathan of Conover, NC; his son Dave Hall and his wife Dahlia of Granite Falls, NC; grandchildren Lilly Keller and Deacon Hall of Granite Falls, NC, Jackson and Jensen Taggart of Conover, NC. He is also survived by his sisters Brenda Knight and husband Larry, Wanda McClain, Billie Jo Clark, and brother Johnny Hall.

Ted was an expert in his field of automotive and collision repair. He had a passion for classic cars and enjoyed restoring them. His friends and family sought him out for counsel for his wise and unique perspective. Ted had a love for God and his family that was unwavering.

Memorial service for Ted will be held at Mt. Hebron Lutheran Church in Hildebran on January 21st, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. and will be receiving friends a hour prior.
