As many of you know, Tate was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive, and lethal cancer (DSRCT) in November 2018. He had just turned 16 and was a sophomore at Pleasant Valley High at diagnosis. On September 13, 2022, he passed away peacefully at home after fighting this cancer for almost 4 years. We miss him terribly, and he was taken too soon before he could have the positive impact on the world that he envisioned for himself.
