TTara was loving, kind, sweet, generous  soul. Her and my wife Sally was best friends and Sally couldn't ask for a better friend. Tara was an outspoken individual  who did hold back and that's what I liked most about her. When I heard of her passing my wife and I was deeply saddened. RIP Tara we still love and miss you
