Tammy Elizabeth Otto/Miller, 65, of Lexington County, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2025. Born on September 18, 1959, in Dillon County, Tammy lived a life full of laughter, love, and service to others.

Tammy spent many years in the service industry, proudly working at Waffle House, where she became known for her quick wit, sassy humor, and the genuine kindness she shared with everyone she met. She had a remarkable ability to brighten any room and make people feel like family.

She is predeceased by her beloved mother, Elizabeth, her brother, William "Peewee" Miller, her dog Boobear, and her grandson Jhamie. Tammy leaves behind a loving family, including her sister Karen (Chris); daughters Tami (Cody) and Tasha; grandchildren Korine (Colby), Macie, Summer, Serenity, and Spencer; and five great-grandchildren, with another on the way.

A Memorial Service to honor Tammy’s life will be held on May 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM prior to the service. The service will take place at Moseley’s Funeral & Cremation Service, 914 Meeting St., West Columbia, SC 29169. At a later time,Tammy will be cremated and will be laid to rest beside her mother. The family invites friends and loved ones to come together to share stories, celebrate Tammy's spirit, and offer support during this time of loss.
