Tammy Nettles, age 62, of Stockbridge, Georgia, passed away peacefully at her home on December 17th, surrounded by her loving family.

Tammy lived a life filled with love, laughter, and generosity. She loved her family and found joy in caring for others and expressed her devotion through preparing meals for those she cherished. Known for her warm heart and vibrant spirit, Tammy was the life of every gathering—her laughter and energy brightened every room she entered.

A devoted animal lover, Tammy held a special place in her heart for her pets, who brought her endless joy and companionship throughout her life.

Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Robert Nettles Sr., and her brothers, John Nettles and Joseph Nettles.

She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Hurley; her mother, Doris Adams; her stepfather, Jackson Adams Jr.; her stepmother, Carolyn; her siblings, Scarlett, Robert (Sandra), David (Deanna), Lisa, Jackie (Terry), and Jackson (Ahmad); as well as several step-siblings, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dozens of cherished family members and friends.

Tammy’s love, warmth, and spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of life will be held at High Falls State Park, Saturday, January 24th from 2pm-5pm.
