In loving memory of Mrs. Tammy Anette "Tootz" McClusky, age 58 of Gilbertsville, KY passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN.

Visitation services will be held at:

August 8th, 2020
11:00 to 3:00pm

Followed by a lunch reception at:

at the beach, the end of Cardinal Lane
