Tammy's obituary
We mourn the passing of Tammy "Tam Tam" Lee, who left us on May 21, 2024. Tammy was born on September 13, 1970, and in her lifetime, she touched many lives with her caring personality, teaching us all to be kinder human beings. Her legacy of kindness and love will forever remain in our hearts.
Tammy is survived by her loving husband, Houston Lee, her cousins, Linda Joun and Kari-lee Davidson, and her niece, Isabella Johnson, Her kids Jack, Emma, Anna. She reunites in death with her grandmother, Elizabeth Swanson, and grandfather, Benedict Swanson, who preceded her.
As a devout attendee of Harmony Baptist church Tammy found solace and companionship within its walls. Known for her taste for Tuna casserole and Sweet Tea, Tammy savored simple pleasures and cherished the moments spent with her family on the farm which she was so proud to own.
Tammy's interests were diverse. She was a fan of Luke Bryan's music and had a fondness for The Hunger Games series. Her love for the TV show Young Sheldon and the movie IT showcased her enjoyment of different media. Known for her artistic eye, Tammy appreciated drawings and was a dedicated supporter of the Bears. A good game of Uno always brought her joy, as did watching plays.
Walking was her preferred form of exercise, often enjoyed in her favorite vacation spot, Florida, or around her cherished local church. She loved her children and her farm beyond words, often expressing how much they meant to her.
One of Tammy's proudest achievements was buying her farm, a place that was filled with family love, laughter, and warmth. Green was her color of choice, reflecting the vibrancy and vitality with which she lived her life.
In honor of Tammy, let us remember to be kind humans, just as she always encouraged. She will be profoundly missed by her entire family and everyone who had the fortunate opportunity to know her.
