Tammy and Tony's obituary
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Tammy and Tony Drake, a remarkable woman and man with electric personalities, on December 26, 2025. Born fall of 1968, their warmth and vibrancy touched the lives of all they encountered and leaves a void that cannot be filled.
Tammy and Tony are survived by their cherished daughters, Ashley Borys, Carissa Frandrup, Kaelynn Knickrehm, and their devoted son, Brayden Drake. They are also survived by their thoughtful would be-daughter-in-law Brooklyn Carlson, and caring sons-in-law Nathan Frandrup and Doug Knickrehm. Furthermore, their radiant spirit continues to thrive through their vibrant grandchildren Wren Frandrup, Raelenah Kunzman, Jaece Borys, with Iris, Lois, and Cecilia Knickrehm.
In addition, Tony leaves behind his mother, Lenny Drake, his father John Grable, and his sisters Tiffani Connell and Amanda Drake. Tammy leaves behind her brother Erick McDowell. She was predeceased by her mother and father, Sandra and Robert McDowell. They both leave behind nieces and nephews, in- laws and loving family.
Both Tammy and Tony were known for their quippy, bubbly, caring, and loving nature. Tammy was a beacon of positivity, always ready with a supportive word, a warm hug, or a light-hearted joke to brighten your day. Tony was a firm believer in the power of resilience, often sharing the motto, "We got this”, telling us we can do this, and there are so many people who love you. His words of wisdom will echo in the hearts of those he left behind.
Amongst Tammy’s greatest accomplishments was her talent for bringing joy to others. Tammy was world-renowned as an exceptional play manager who could bring even the wildest imaginations to life with her crazy costumes and insane holiday light displays. Tony, her equal in vibrancy, was always the problem solver, ready to fix any issue, regardless of its complexity.
Their most potent legacy, however, is the profound kindness they always extended towards others. This legacy of altruism and the unique bond that they shared with their family is a testament to their life's greatest accomplishment. Their love and light continue to live within their loved ones' hearts, and their absence will forever be felt.
