Tamila "Tammy" DeFawn Guidry passed away peacefully in her home on May 11, 2022.

Tammy was preceeded in death by her brother, Kevin Dawn Calvert and her father Thomas Allen Calvert Sr.

Left to cherish her memory are her mom, Barbara (Joe) Leach, husband, Johnney Deal, her children, Amanda (Jesse) Connell, William (Victoria) Guidry, Jennifer (Jesse) Dodrill and Calvin Smith. Her siblings, Tim Calvert, Mikell (Kristie) Calvert, Thomas (Dawn) Calvert, Maggie Calvert and Bumper Calvert.

Her most prized possessions were her grandchildren, Terryn, Taylin, Lucas, Camden, Nolan, Brantley and Connor.

She is also survived by her many other family members and friends.

She loved her family more than anything. She also loved frogs, yellow roses and Winnie the Pooh.

A memorial is planned for May 29, 2022 for her friends and family.
