Tami Parker


May 30, 1957 - May 21, 2024



After courageously battling Congestive Heart Failure for many years, our dear Tami lost the fight just eight days shy of her 67th birthday with her devoted husband, Pat, by her side.

When we talk about someone’s life, we all too frequently talk about someone’s accolades or accomplishments. We all too often forget that life is what happens in between those endeavors. We repeatedly neglect to highlight what it really means to LIVE.

Those of us that knew Tami, loved Tami. Because Tami LIVED. She lived, she laughed, she felt, she shared, she loved, she gave. She breathed life into everything she touched.

Tami was an animal lover who always surrounded herself with the love and companionship of her fur babies. She actively supported animal rescue initiatives. But her enthusiasm wasn't limited to her animal friends.

Halloween? Christmas? Oh boy. Do we want to talk about the decorations?! Tami went ALL OUT every Halloween and every Christmas and brought joy to everyone that was able to experience that with her. She spent countless hours over countless days making sure everything was perfect, and it always was.

Hallmark? Lifetime? Can you hear the bad acting? Tami loved these movie marathons and would frequently binge while couponing.

Tami dedicated herself to those lucky enough to be loved by her. A true matriarch, selfless to the core, she was the glue that held everything together, the rock and foundation upon which everything good and beautiful in her life was built. She became a “mother” to many.

Tami will be remembered and revered for the infectious laughter, love, and life she brought into this world. Her kindness, generosity, and vibrant spirit will be profoundly missed by everyone she knew. Her memory will be treasured. Her legacy will live on in the countless lives she touched.
