Tamara Sue Tippey passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2022 in Houston, Texas. She was also called Moo Moo by her precious Grandchildren, Preston and Laney Gibson. For all that knew Tamara, knew she had a giving heart of gold. She deeply loved her animals, from the time I was a child until now we had 6 dogs and 6 cats, along with 2 hamsters and a Guinea pig.
