Tamara Louise Schwing-Cisco, 57, passed away on Thursday, January 25th, 2018 in Middletown, OH. She was born on June 17th, 1960 in Kauai, HI to Carl and Betty Schwing. In 1981 she married John Darney and together they had 2 daughters, Jackie Darney-Lysakowski and Kristy Darney. In 1995 she married Matt Cisco and together they had Kallie Cisco.
