Background
To carry on Prof. Liao's legacy and his deep commitment to educational philanthropy, we are establishing a permanent fund at Biochemistry Dept. of National Taiwan University in his memory. He was generous with his time and wisdom to his students and all who knew him. It is our hope that this fund will honor his wishes by continuing his commitment to charitable giving in his name.
