Background
It just doesn’t feel real at all. My best friend and great friend to others have crossed over. This is the most unbelievable and most unexpected event to occur. We weren’t prepared for this great loss of life. Sylvia (Face) Welch will forever be remembered. I need the help of my family and friends to make proper arrangements for our dear loved one. Please if you can help in anyway possible, it would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Thank you for any and all donations !
