Suzanne (Suzie) "Suzie Q" Smith (Getman), 67, of San Leandro, CA passed away peacefully on October 20, 2022, surrounded by her family and loved ones. Suzanne (Suzie) grew up in Gary, Ind, a town where she was born, She loved the beach Graduated from William A Wirt Class of 1974. She worked at an Injection Molding Firm as the Purchasing Director for many years. She and enjoyed Reading, Riding her Jet Ski, Boating, Church, Her Puppy Abby. Suzanne (Suzie) will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Suzanne (Suzie) was predeceased by Deceased Parents John Nolan Smith, Bettye Sue Phillips, Brothers Daniel Smith, Ronald Smith, Nephew Joey Phillips North. She is survived by Daughter Sarah Getman, Fiance Gene DiGenarro, Brothers Richard Smith, Robert North, Sister Jamie Holloway, Debbie Kelly, Nieces Jamie North, Shawna Moel, Shea Kelly Larsen, Holly Smith, Nephews Shane Smith, Daniel North, Joey Phillips Deceased, Cole Kelly. Suzanne (Suzie) requested a celebration of life be held in her honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We request all of Suzanne (Suzie)’s loved one's to join us in celebrating their beautiful life at 2100 Lewelling Blvd Sp 66 San Leandro, CA 94579 on November 5th, 2022 at 11:00am.
