Suzanne's obituary

In Loving Memory of Suzanne Elizabeth Lutz

Suzanne, a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend, left us on September 21, 2023 to embark on her next journey. She passed away at the age of 58.

Suzanne was born on November 14, 1964 to her loving parents, Elizabeth and the late Charles Lutz. She grew up in Lawrenceville, NJ, alongside her brother, Bruce.

In her journey through life, Suzanne experienced the highs and lows of love. She was married and, in time, faced the challenges that sometimes accompany such unions. She later pursued her own path, finding joy and contentment in her independence and with her family. Later in life, she lived with her partner Cesar.

Suzanne is survived by her two children, her now 32-year-old daughter Josephine, and her 31-year-old son Aleksandr.

Suzanne had a deep affection for feline companions and was known for sharing her home with cats. She rescued several cats from unsuitable homes, offering them love and a better life. Her compassion extended beyond the human world, embracing these furry friends and providing them with comfort and care.

Suzanne had a wide array of interests that reflected her rich and multifaceted personality. She found solace and inspiration in museums, where art and history stirred her soul. Her love for nature was evident in her fascination with birds, and her heart was captivated by the grace of lighthouses. Suzanne had an affinity for nature shown through her passion for gardening and cherishing long walks while listening to her favorite bops.

Her hobbies included cooking and baking, where she would concoct delicious treats and share them with her family and friends. She was an avid reader and also enjoyed the thrill of competition with games like Mario Kart and trivia.

True crime documentaries held a special place in Suzanne's heart, igniting her curiosity about the mysteries of the human psyche. And when it came to entertainment, she relished the experience of live music at concerts, where she could lose herself in the magic of the moment.

But it was as a caretaker for the mentally disabled that Suzanne truly found her calling. Her compassion, patience, and unwavering dedication provided comfort and support to those in her care. Her life's work was a testament to her selflessness and her desire to make the world a better place, one person at a time.

A celebration of Suzanne's life will be held next month. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to PAWSabilities Animal Rescue in Suzanne's memory.

Suzanne's earthly journey may have come to an end, but the warm glow of her spirit will forever light up our hearts. May she find everlasting peace, and may her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to us all.
