Susie Barrera Beltran, a woman of vibrance, love, and tremendous spirit, was born on September 3, 1986, and passed away on January 15, 2025. Her departure is a deep loss to all who were fortunate to have known her.

Susie's family was the heart of her world. She is survived by her loving mother, Alicia Barrera, her loving father, Patrick Patterson, her loving sister, Christina Patterson, her loving brother, Patrick Patterson Jr., and her adored son, the beacon of her multitude of accomplishments, Elijah Chavez.

Susie was a woman of boundless energy, always carrying an infectious smile that made her personality truly larger than life. Her bubbling love and caring nature were a beacon to all around her. This beauty she radiated on the outside was surpassed only by the beauty within her, an attribute she constantly encouraged others to find in themselves.

She always encouraged those around her to know their worth. She emphasized self-love, self-esteem and strength in those she influenced. It was a testament to her beautiful spirit and innate wisdom.

Susie's greatest accomplishment was her son, Elijah. She took immense pride in his growth and development, and he served as her beacon of hope and joy. This ever-present maternal love was an aspect of her boundless generosity and kindness.

Susie's legacy is one of kindness and generosity. She was a beautiful soul who committed her life to helping others in any way she could. Her radiant spirit and loving nature will be greatly missed, but through those she touched, and the lessons she imparted, she will live on.
