In the weeks before her passing, Susanna and Nicole spent precious, happy hours in the hospital dreaming of and designing “Susanna’s Cottage Garden.” She envisioned this as a place where family and friends would gather under the shade of trees, surrounded by the beauty of flowers and nature, while kids ran around on the lawn and played in the woods.

Her dream was simple: to have just a little more time for joy.

We invite family and friends to join us for a garden party where we will remember her vibrant energy as we plant her garden. We'll plant flowers, we'll share her memory, and we'll enjoy life as we celebrate the one she so beautifully created. Come for a few minutes or come and stay a while.

If possible, please wear yellow, a color that brought joy and strength to Susanna.
