I met Susann from a mutual friend, Agatha. She came to help move our friend here in Austin . I remembered that she was walking and getting herself healthier. I enjoyed her laughter  and her bright smile . 

I can't believe she's gone. She was always so full of life. She was a pleasure to work with. She was a kind soul.

I'm so sorry to hear of Susann's sudden passing. She and Eddie got me interested in board games and were such a fun, loving couple. My deepest condolences to Eddie and her friends and family.

Susanna an I grew apart. She was a wonderful person and friend. Gone way too soon. I  wish to express my deepest condolences to her husband, family and friends. I miss her smile and and spirit the most.

While it was years since I had seen Susann, she will live on in my memories of our time at UT. From the epic parties at the Penthouse apartments, the luaus at Helen's and jazz performances with Anna and Agatha... to sharing Guinesses and laughs at Fado, the Dog & Duck and Crown & Anchor, and the Bare Naked Ladies concert with her and my mom... remembering her smile and laughter bring me joy during this sad time. My condolences to her family and friends... 

The brief time we got to know Susann was lovely - just a few days spent during two cruise vacations. The first was just a random meeting. The four of us clicked in our humor - Susann's laugh will live in my memory - and we promised to keep in touch after.  The second trip - I'm grateful I teasingly badgered her into going on the cruise again so we could hang out. The immediate love and support she messaged me after my wife came out was just a small portion of the kind heart she carried.  All our love to Eddie, the family, and all who knew Susann.

To all of Susann's family, I regret that I lost touch with Susann after college, but I remember she was always smiling through everything in high school! She was a positive force in the world. Sounds like she also did some amazing things in the last 20+ years that I missed. My sympathy to all of you, and may you also hold many good memories in your hearts!

Eddy & family, my deepest sympathy to you all.  We've never met, but I was the "adult" out of school who was roommates with Agatha, Helen & Rachel.  Susann was the first friend of theirs I met.  She was over with her bass, and I walked in to a little singing jam session of sorts.  As a former sax player, I loved my new found friend.  She made me laugh, and was so genuine.  I enjoyed walking in from work to find her and Agatha on the front swing or just hanging out.  It has been many years, but she is a sweet memory of a recent move to Austin and continued military career.  When I think of those carefree days, she is part of the good times!  Our first house party, the infamous Luau, is the last pic I have with her.  I'll find & send over.  May she rest in pure peace.  Again, prayers for all of you during this time.  I'm grateful she was yours to have on this earth.  

I was  sad when I heard the news of Susann's passing.  She was a nice person and good friend. She was gone too soon.
