I have been thinking of Susan a lot lately. Maybe my subconscious was aware that we were at her anniversary of going to heaven. I really wanted to be at her memorial service but was in Europe at the time, though I was able to watch the service online. She would have been proud of her kids. I think of you all, especially her children, often and I pray for you. May the God of all comfort, give you peace as you continue to grieve.

Today is day 364 since you took your final painful breath on this earth. I like to think of you running freely in Heaven - sun shining on your beautiful auburn hair, tears of joy and freedom streaming down your cheeks, your body is not swollen from lipidema and your legs run without hindrance, your lungs fill and empty without difficulty or pain and you’re singing endless praises to the Father who carried you always and has now given you your flawless glorified body.  I’m so happy that you’re in His presence, Susan. So happy.

But my heart misses you every day and I long to hear your voice one more time. I long to share the details of my health battle with my sister warrior one more time.  I long to hear the pride and joy in your voice as you tell me things about your children or your grandson.  I so wish we had been able to have another trip together like the cruise we took years ago or the time you and the kids visited me in Minnesota or the times I came to BC to visit you.  I miss you.

I enjoyed when she and I sang together at church. She had a beautiful voice and love to sing songs of praise to God. I imagine her singing with the angels  😇. RIP my dear and RIG.🙏❤
So very sorry for your loss, love that God calls Himself 'the God of all comfort'pray you feel Him near. I benefited from your Mom's kindness when times were challenging.
