Personal note from Susan

(in her own words)

Why I came here and how I lived...

I am a light worker. I am here to anchor love and light into the world. I joyfully channel these energies through me, bringing higher consciousness and awakening to all of mankind. I give thanks for my life and the opportunity to be of service.

I am spirit. I am divinely connected to all-that-is. I am never separate from God or anything that has been created.

I affirm that all assistance I receive comes to me from sources of light and love. I reject any influences that counter personal enlightenment, the uplifting of mankind, or healing of the earth.

I am divinely guided. I trust my feelings and intuition. I affirm that my intuition is growing stronger and that I receive information easily.

I affirm that I am safe in all that I do and that I am receiving all that I need in abundance, in order to do the job I am here to do. The universe provides all that I need. I share my abundance with others.

I am always in the right place at the right time.

I create my reality. I accept personal responsibility for everything that happens to me. My thoughts create my experience. If I don’t like what is happening to me I ask myself why I created it and begin to change my reality.

I am healthy. I use my body and mind only for health and well-being.

I attract what I need to grow and to experience the lessons I am choosing in this lifetime (dimension).

I am grateful for everything. I find the blessing in everything. I affirm that all experiences have value and are an opportunity to grow.

I focus on my light. I stay in frequencies of love at all times. I transmute fear.

I am happy and joyful in all things that I think, say and do. I share this exalted passion for life with others.

I stay centered in unconditional love for myself and all-that-is. I send love to all things – even to that which is unlovable in myself, in others and in world conditions. Love is the greatest power. Love shatters all negativity. Love heals.

I continue to heal myself physically, mentally and emotionally. I break counter-productive cycles of thought and behavior.

I communicate clearly and with good intentions.

I am patient. We are all learning and growing at our own pace.

I inspire others through quiet words and example. I never interfere with another’s free will.

I change my expectations to preferences.

I continue to heal others with unconditional love.

I am the best mother I can be, helping my children to be happy, prepared and successful – to give them whatever they need for their own enlightenment.

The earth is sacred and gives us life. I show respect and responsibility toward the earth in all things that I do. I inspire others to do the same. My efforts promote healing, balance and harmony on the earth.

I affirm that through communication of the heart, all plant and animal organisms release to me what knowledge has been stored within them. I use this knowledge wisely.

I am evolving spiritually, seeking holistic improvements to my physical/mental/emotional/spiritual bodies – genetic, electromagnetic or whatever.

I am evolving into multi-dimensional capability.

All my changes come in joy, safety and harmony.

I intend to change dimensions in death or otherwise, when the time is right for this change. I will greet this change with bliss and be ready and capable to seed the new earth realm or else return to complete my commitment when it is time.

I affirm that the planet will successfully transition into post-historic peace, safety and harmony, with the assistance of the family of light and the family of love to come.

Obituary

Susan’s life was all about love. She was a nurturing mother and a volunteer, trying to make the world a better place. In this spirit, she created an ecology program for elementary students, led hikes and published books for the Issaquah Alps Trails Club. She sponsored Hmong refugee families for 10 years, and helped establish the 2,300 acre Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park in Washington State before tech companies and developers descended on Seattle.
