Susan (Sue) Lynn Glogowski, age 83, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026. She was born in Rockford, IL (1-12-43) and was the cherished daughter of Joseph (Joe) Jasso and Jacqueline (Jackie) Aue Jasso. Sue started a family early and went back to school to finish her education, graduating from Rock Valley College with a degree in Respiratory Therapy. She found her career professionally demanding and rewarding and enjoyed the life-long friendships she established with many of her co-workers at Beloit Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed traveling and driving to visit friends and family throughout the country and would never pass up the opportunity to play “nickel” slots. She lived a life full of joys, heartbreaks, celebrations, laughter and challenges - a life truly full of life. She will be missed by many.

Sue is survived by her children Teri (Joe) Voss, of Rockford, IL; Len (Norma) Glogowski of Loves Park, IL; Cindy (Paul) Fraulin of Mesa, AZ; John (Kathy) Glogowski of Rockford, IL; Craig (Monica) Glogowski of Grand Junction CO; Burk (Tonya) Glogowski of Durand, IL. Grandchildren Joe (Dana) Voss, Jon Voss, Nick (Meghann) Glogowski, Nathan (Terrica) Glogowski, Jeryme Spitzer, Brandon Spitzer, Ben Glogowski, Jacob Glogowski, Joshua Glogowski, Joel Glogowski, Zach Glogowski and Noah Glogowski; along with 10 great grandchildren and many dear friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents and beloved grandchildren Tessa Marie Glogowski (12-28-2017) and Trever Spitzer (10-11-2024). Sue is now singing to Tessa and hugging Trever dearly.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Beloit Memorial Hospital for the compassionate care during Sue’s final days and the thoughtful prayers of the Bethany Presbyterian Church family.

Services/Celebration of Life will be held at Bethany Presbyterian Church in Loves Park, IL at 11am April 25, 2026 followed by a luncheon at the same location.
