Sue's obituary

It is with deep regret and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Susan "Sue" Felton on December 14, 2025. Born in the year of 1936, Sue was loved by all who knew her.

A compassionate, and generous woman, Sue was known for her passion regarding social justice issues. She truly lived her beliefs, continuously choosing to volunteer or demonstrate in support of a just cause. Her admirable morals and upright conduct became life's lessons for children and grandchildren.

Sue's legacy lives on in her sons - Mark, Robert, Vernon, and Michael Felton, and her daughter, Ann Felton. Her love and spirit continue to inspire them every day. She adored her granddaughters; Avery, Jadah, Nora and Sophia. She would often tell them, "You are strong Felton women", a statement that encapsulates the strength and determination she exhibited throughout her life and wished for her descendants.

In death, as in life, Sue continues to teach us the importance of courage, humor, and love. We mourn her passing deeply, yet celebrate the vivacious and giving life she led. Her spirit remains a guiding light in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her.
