Our sweet momma, Susan Ann Brady Impson passed away peacefully on Friday, January 5th, 2024.

She was proceeded in death by her husband Hugh B Impson.

She will be missed by her 8 children, Randy, Bob, Heidi, Paul, Mary/ Chris, Donald, Todd and Cindy.  13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, her brother Dan Brady and his wife Jean and countless other family and friends whose lives she touched.

She was born on December 23, 1933 in Wabash, Indiana. Her family moved to Stevenson, WA where she attended Stevenson High School.

She entered nurses training right after high school and remained a nurse for most of her adult life.

She met and married Hugh Impson in 1966. The combined families added up to 8 children which resulted in a very organized and busy home. We enjoyed lots of road trips to Mississippi, Indiana and California to name a few.

Susie took time off nursing to go back and get her bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington, while raising 8 teenagers.

After she retired, Susie and Hugh enjoyed a couple years as night managers at a resort in Maui before Returning to Stevenson to settle down.

At that point Susie decided to get into Real Estate working for Windermere, which she loved and did very well.

She spent some time on the city council and volunteered at the Interpretive Center. She loved to write and she loved her family and flowers.

A Celebration of Life for our sweet momma is planned for the May 18th in Stevenson, WA.
