Background
Stuart was passionate about the Connecticut River Watershed Council's (d.b.a Connecticut River Conservancy) mission to "restore and advocate for rivers, and educate and engage communities."
Vermont Independent Media (VIM) encourages people to participate in reporting and debating community news and issues. Their vision is to "counter the trend to ever-larger media consolidation and control over locally produced and owned small newspapers and other community media."
If you're looking for another way to support a project he cared about, the BF Community Bike Project (bfbike.org) provides the VT Greater Falls community a "space for all to access affordable bicycles, learn bike repair and safe riding skills." Contribute to Connecticut River Watershed Council
