Stuart Raymond Pettingell, born on June 9, 1944, in Albany, New York, departed this world peacefully in his Mesa, Arizona residence on January 4, 2025, at the venerable age of 80. He was the cherished son of Stuart Norris Pettingell and Valerie Ida (Magill) Pettingell, leaving behind his beloved sisters, Vallerie Eleanor Horschler of Illinois and Deborah Ann Pettingell of Nevada, along with his adored nieces—Beth, Becky, LV—and his nephew, Billy, as well as cousins …
