I was thinking about you today. I just wanted to say I sure do miss you. You’re craziness and laugh… I still use the sewing machine that you and Susie got me and I still can’t thank you enough. Love you always have always will!!.  

Steve, you sure are missed. I don’t know if many days go by that I don’t think of you. My first memory of interacting with you is when I was six grade, Richard being in the same grade we’re walking home from school and just as we come down sidewalk gate there you were to pick up Rick. You picked me up too and I was awestruck that a teenager was getting us in his car and it was the prettiest little Mustang too. I guess that memory stuck in my mind because I felt so grown-up. You always had a way of making me feel good. Even while you and Susie were dating and actually ever since you have treated me like a little sister. I remembered that no one had the gift of encouragement like you did and I still believe that today. You encouraged all of us and all of our kids and claimed them for your own. You are a brother in law and a big brother all in one. I just want you to know that I miss you. You will always will be my big brother “STEBES”that’ll never change.
