Steven Andrew "Andy" Vollertsen

Beloved brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, grandson and friend, Andy Vollertsen passed away on March 10, 2025, at the young age of 42.

In his free time, Andy loved playing Dungeons & Dragons, spending time with his friends, and bragging about his niece and nephew. He is survived by his sister, Leslie Tiemeyer (Dennis Ryan Tiemeyer), and his niece and nephew, Aly Ann and August Aloysius.

At this time, Andy’s body will be donated to science through Lamplight Donor Services, a decision that reflects his love for science, generosity and desire to help and educate others. A celebration of life is planned for Saturday May 3rd from 1-4pm at the Lakeside Conference Center in St. Louis, Missouri to honor and remember him.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Andy's name to the Ste. Genevieve County Library ( https://sgclib.org/donate/ ), where he was working on an online program to teach kids how to play one of his favorite games, Dungeons & Dragons.

Professionally, Andy was a dedicated Data Services Specialist with Focus Wealth Partners (formerly Buckingham Asset Management). He was very proud of the work he did and always spoke highly of his colleagues.
