Steven Scott Martin , 63, passed away 12/5/2022. Born in Ashland Ky to Patricia Faye Burke (nee Brown) and Robert Martin. When Steve turned 6 1/2 years old his mother married David Burke. David was his Dad and he was proud to tell folks that. David and Patti had 2 more children. 2 girls Becky (Delberta) in 1967 and Sheila (Dingbat) in 1968.
