Man I still can’t believe he’s gone! So much to offer the world and such a big kind gentle teddy bear to be shot down so brutally in his own front door! This just goes to show that this world is cruel and the right to bear arms to protect your own home is not at the homeowners will but decided by the police that believe they rule everything and control the world!!! So please people keep the ones you love close because anything is possible and nothing is guaranteed!!!! I miss your county ass voice and wish you could still call me and ask me goofy questions!!!!! I’ll see you again one day buddy!!!!

Our dream home. We’ve never been happier and more content with life than ever. I will always cherish this moment because it was just a picture that represented everything we overcame to get right there. Steven, being larger than life, had such big plans, and he will continue to be an inspiration to all. Most of all I will miss my soulmate and best friend. Life will never be the same again.

Megan, I am so sorry to hear about Steve. When we met him we loved him instantly. He adored you and showed it. Our prayers and hugs are with you. We love you!

This previous year, I graduated from college. The only people I knew for sure were coming were my immediate family. I even fought tooth and nail to get my uncle to show up, and he was barely there the whole time. When I walked up with my family, there was Megan and Steven waiting for us. I was so surprised! The two of them were so sweet and supportive. After graduation, we went to Olive Garden and I got to hear so many funny stories and share so many laughs. I cannot believe such a beautiful light has left us. Love you, Megan and Steven <3

2019
This summer, my sister traveled to visit her now husband. When we were all out to eat, Steven had to take a picture and prove how "tough" he was to my now brother-in-law. In order to do that, he told me I couldn't take his picture until he put his sunglasses on. He always knew how to make everyone laugh and light up the room. I guess the sunglasses weren't all that scary because my sister got married to him anyways. Love and miss you Steven. Sending all my hugs Megan <3
