My husband and I met Steven when the Altamonte Springs location opened. We ate at this location every week, talking with Steven many times as his time allowed. He was always so happy, and so loved seeing people enjoying their visit to his restaurant.

Over the years, as he moved to manage the Sand Lake location, we would go out of our way to travel down to Orlando just to see and visit with him. He talked so much about Linda, who we were very happy to meet years ago, and his sons, their home, his parents, everything that made him most happy. My husband and I absolutely loved this man, such a good soul. My husband's health deteriorated which did not allow him to visit with Steven the last few years, but Steven always asked about him and, as busy as he was, offered any help he could give. My husband has since passed; they can catch up now.

I consider myself very lucky to have visited with Steven last Thanksgiving. And to have called him a friend all these past years. We are all so devastated over this loss, but I am so happy for all the memories I have. "Don't Cry Because It's Over. Smile Because It Happened."
