Steven C. Milligan Sr. passed away on July 11, 2020 at his home surrounded by loved ones. Steven was the beloved husband of Roberta Jean (DeFreese) Milligan for 50 years. He was a former Ringwood of Public works employee and a disabled Vietnam veteran, awarded the purple heart three times for his injuries sustained in combat. A loving brother to Bruce and Ava Milligan and Jeanne Mann. He was a loving father to his children Steven C Milligan Jr., Matthew J Milligan, and daughter Evelyn Hettle. He was the proud doting grandfather of 8. He is predeceased by his parents Melvin and Ora Milligan, his sisters Donna, Rhonda, and Babette Milligan and his brother Michael Milligan Sr.
