Steven Formella passed away on September 5th at Good Shepard Hospital in Barrington Illinois.
Steve was survived by his widow, Annette Formella, his two children, Justin and Kyle, two grandchildren Fiona and Weston and two brothers, Kirk and Marty.
He was a wonderful empathetic and kind man. Everyone who knew him loved him, no one who met Steve was a stranger. He found great joy in life and was always enthusiastic about even the smallest …
