Steven's obituary

Steven Matthew Fletcher will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A true gentle giant, he rarely had a mean word to say about anyone. Steve unexpectedly passed away after a month-long ICU stay and is survived by his wife Becca and their miracle rainbow baby, 2-year-old Clara.

He leaves behind his mother Mary Ann, brother Tim, sisters Kristy and Donna, countless aunts, uncles, cousins… and the ever-growing circle of friends and chosen family.

Steve was a learner through and through. He used his Army GI Bill to attend college where he obtained four Associate Degrees. He continued on to get his Bachelors in Business from West Virginia University, Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University, and earned an Education Specialist degree and was one semester shy of earning his Doctorate in Education, both from Liberty University.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 14, 2023 at 2PM at Veterans Park in Delray Beach, FL.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating in support of Steve’s wife and daughter. The list is at www.fletcherfam.com

Becca and Clara are unbelievably overwhelmed by the love and support shown so far and can’t thank you all enough for helping us during this time.
