Background
Our loved family member Steven Milligan has passed away in a tragic accident. It it hard to lose someone, and even harder knowing that he was fatally shot. Close family needed the opportunity to view Steven in order to say our last goodbyes and receive closure, more than anyone his mother. Unfortunately this means we are needing to pay a funeral home, which ensured that he was cared for with dignity. His mother, Jerri has lost so much. Unfortunately this is not the first son she has lost, and to lose another son is heartbreaking. We can't believe we are in this situation once again. If you are able to give anything to help, we would be so grateful.
