We knew Steve through Donna, who was like a sister to my mother-in-law, Theresa. Jim also knew Steve through Lockheed.  We consider them both to be family. Steve's ever present smile and love for Donna is what I will remember the most. We love you, Donna. Steve will be missed.

Steve and I both attended Gage Jr. High School, HPHS, CSULong Beach, were both in the HPYB, and both lived in San Jose, and both Italian. We communicated through Facebook and were planning a get-together when Donna and my husband, Gary recuperated from their heart surgeries. I’m so sorry for your loss, Donna.

I met Steve in 1972 when I was transferred as a Captain in the Air Force to a 621B program where Steve was a student intern working on the satellite system.  That system became the start of GPS, now used by everybody in the world.  As we started the GPS program, Steve was always an enthusiastic participant.  Steve was always professional and memorable as an original GPS member giving him the background to move on for a career at Stanford Telecommunications and then Lockheed.  The last time I saw Steve was at a GPS reunion where he looked well and I got to meet his fine wife Donna.  He can be seen on the Lonely Halls Meeting available on U-Tube where he was interviewed at the reunion.  We wish the best for his wife Donna in her years ahead.
