Diane Struck
1990, We lived in Haskell
I was a single mother of Ryan. Steve and Laura Lee where great friends to me. They had Heather. We lived close and spent lots of time together. One time I stepped on a piece of glass at my house. I called Laurie in a panic. Laurie sent Steve to my house. When he got there he was like "what's all the commotion" He sat me down and pulled out the glass with his bare hands. He made sure he got all the glass out and said. I'm done here. You good? He expressed his need to get back to watching "Cops" He was a good human. Sorry to hear of his passing. Thank you for the opportunity to share my story. It may be silly but he came running for me. I knew he was my friend.
