Stephen E. Pratt, 38, of Millsboro DE, passed away Sunday May12, 2019. Stephen was a truly loving father to two sons and one daughter,Caden,Isaac, and Alanna. He enjoyed fishing,music,playing guitar,and being with his family .Stephen had a huge personality and always made people laugh.He was generous,and you knew if he called you a friend he would always be there for you.
