Dr. Stephen Frederick Pehler’s family mournfully announces that our heavenly gift that arrived on May 27, 1984 has returned to God on October 9, 2023.
Stephen was a clever, smart, and gregarious child. He made any stranger a quick friend with his big smile and kind words. One of his earliest passions was for music, specifically percussion. He was an accomplished drummer in high school band and went on to be in the drum line …
