Stephen J. Carolan was born in New York City on December 9, 1952 and passed away in Florida on January 1, 2023 after falling ill on a Caribbean cruise. Steve lived for many years in the North Beach section of San Francisco, after relocating from Irvington, New York, where he attended high school and later lived for 30 more years.
