Stephanie Jones Kemp (October 24, 1983- January 3, 2021) beloved wife of Richard Wilson, and mother of Olivia Waycaster has passed away in St. Augustine, FL. Stephanie was originally a resident of Memphis, Tennessee, but moved to be closer to family in friends in the mid 2000’s. Stephanie was an avid dog lover.
