Thank you for all the kind words, shared stories, your contributions to the boys Scholarship Fund and for being her friend. We miss her terribly but know we will see her again! May God bless you, Karen, her mom.
It was devastating when I heard the news of Stephanie's passing. Even though we knew the struggle and the odds, we hoped and prayed for a different outcome. Ultimately I know that God's form of healing was for her to be with Him and fully healed of the cancer. Thinking about her often and especially today. 😢

I've been thinking about Stephanie alot this week as a year ago she had gone to the doctor to learn she had cancer. I was in California with Shannon Lynn, my daughter who is one of Stephanie's best friends, for spring break. Shannon helped her and Brian interpret the doctor's discussions and test results that week. Shannon's girls and Larry and I started praying for Stephanie, Brian and the boys. God had a different plan than what we wanted unfortunately.

I've often thought of her throughout the year as events came along that I shared with her. We watched the 57th Super Bowl in Phoenix and were on local TV; we went to the Royal's World Series parade so those memories come flooding back during the Super Bowl parade; watching baseball games at 3&2; to name a few. I thought about her family too as they've faced the "firsts" without her. Enjoyed seeing Logan at work hosting at Longbranch Steakhouse; saw Greyson at the bank in Prairie Village when the 6th grade class took over Prairie Village shops.

Those boys will always be in my thoughts and prayers. So glad Shannon met Stephanie and chose her as a bestie. Love to Brian, Logan, Parker and Greyson as they continue the journey without her.

My condolences to Stephanie's family. I first met Stephanie when I was in the Sixth grade, and we would often study math together with other kids in my grade level and other grade levels. When she talked to me on my last day she told me in the future to get in touch with her and today I decided I wanted to email her but I found out this awful news. I'm sorry for your loss.

I was so sorry to hear about Stephanie's passing. She was such a bright light, and always had a smile on her face. Stephanie was always willing to go above and beyond for others, especially for friends, family and students. She put her whole heart into everything she did. She will be greatly missed. ❤️

Stephanie was one of the first moms I met when my oldest Jack started kindergarten with Parker. I remember thinking what a dynamo Stephanie was, in all the best possible ways. She coached the boys' very first t-ball team and was just the most positive, welcoming person. That year she was also PTA president and kicked off a tradition of coordinating the boys' act for the school variety show for many years to come. We were so very lucky that she played such a key role in our boy's early experiences at Prairie. I will so miss her big smile, positive energy and just the comfort and sincerity that she brought to everyone she encountered. Rest in peace dear friend, and know that you made a truly great and lasting impact on this world. XOXO.
Stephanie was loved and willed be missed by many.  Her memories will live on forever.
My thoughts and prayers are with Stephanie’s family.  She will always be a bright light

What I loved about Stephanie was her constant joy and love for others. She was always smiling. She was such a warm and welcoming person. She was a strong advocate for fair play on the baseball field. She supported her kids coaches. She was fun, likable. I will miss seeing my friend's smiling face in Prairie Village.
I'm so sorry for the loss of Stephanie. She was a friend to everyone, and had the most wonderful smile. May her legacy live on in her boys, and may her memory be a blessing.
Sending strong hugs to the Drennon Family. Stephanie and her son Parker were our very first friends when we were new to Prairie Village, welcoming us with smiles and meaningful times spent together. We will never forget Stephanie's open-hearted brilliance. Her light will always shine on in her family.
I’m so sorry that I can’t attend her memorial service. I’m so glad I was able to drive to Kansas to say my final goodbye to her. Many hugs to Brian, Logan, Parker and Greyson, as well as the rest of her family. Stephanie made such a wonderful impact on the world in her too-short life.
