Stephanie's obituary

🌙 In Loving Memory of Stephanie Ann Kuhn 🌙

October 5, 1984 – September 24, 2024

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Stephanie Ann Kuhn, age 39, of Lincolnton, North Carolina, who passed away on September 24, 2024, at Atrium Health Lincoln Hospital.

Born on October 5, 1984, in Wood, West Virginia, Stephanie was the beloved daughter of Mark Allen Kuhn and Ann Kuhn.

A graduate of East Lincoln High School, Class of 2002, Stephanie went on to become a paramedic, dedicating her life to helping others. Her compassion, strength, and selflessness touched countless lives throughout her career and beyond.

Stephanie loved life’s simple joys and found peace in nature. She loved hiking, animals, and all things earthy. A deeply spiritual person, she had a passion for astrology and found beauty and meaning in the phases of the moon.

Her greatest joy in life came from being a mother. She was a devoted mom to Jackson Kuhn, Lily Carroll, Hunter Carroll, and Willow Carroll—her pride, her purpose, and her heart.

She is also survived by her fiancé, Zachary Carroll; her brother, Matthew M. Kuhn; her parents, Mark and Ann Kuhn; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Though her time here was far too short, Stephanie is now free from her struggles and finally at peace, her gentle spirit resting in the serenity she so often gave to others.

Per her wishes, cremation services were handled by Jenkins Funeral Home & Cremation Services L.L.C., 4081 Startown Rd., Newton, NC.

In honor of Stephanie’s love for animals and her giving heart, memorial donations may be made to any Humane Society of choice or to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention at https://afsp.org/chapter/nort….

Stephanie will be remembered for her beautiful soul, kind heart, and the light she brought into every life she touched. Though she is gone from our sight, she will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.

✨ The moon and stars will forever shine with her light. ✨
