You were my first Broker at Peach Communities and my Broker at Masterpiece Communities.  You were so well-loved by everyone.  I have never met a better, a more honest man than you.  You inspired everyone with your true Christianity!!  You will be missed by all who had the good fortune to know you!!!  See you in Heaven, Stanley!!!!

Jean Margaret Preston

I played with Stan in a band in the 80’s Papa Doc. We did quite a lot of traveling back in those days. I was wondering what ever happened to him so I looked around and found this. My sincere condolences. Stan was great guy. I loved being in a band with him. Terry Lee  Evans.
Love just like a brother and we became Brothers in Christ.

Ken Guillen
1982, Northlake and Stone Mountain
Near the end of 1982 Wayne & Ken played a few of their original songs at a Joe Wilkerson holiday party. Joe liked the songs and said we need to meet a fellow Northlake Jaycee who is a guitarist and member. We met Stan, played together and soon after formed the group Waykenstan (a combination of our first names). His virtuoso lead guitar made Ken & Wayne's songs come to life. He really enhanced the melodies. We formed the WayKenStan band. Wayne & Ken played rythum guitar and Stan played lead guitar...Stans 5 minutes of lead on the original song Fantasy had the audiences standing up and cheering.
Possibly 1985-ish. We were all so YOUNG! The guys formed a band called WAYKENSTAN (Wayne, Ken, and Stan). They wrote and performed original songs, also Beatles and CSN tunes.

We are going to miss our buddy, Stan.

Patricia and family,

We are heartbroken for you over the loss of Stan and at the same time, rejoice that he is home eternally with our Heavenly Father.  Stan was a devoted servant of God, loving husband and father as well as a good friend.  We pray for God to comfort and bless you today and in the coming days.  He loves you and so do we.
