Stanley Ford Jr.

Stanley Ford, Jr, 58, of Slatington, PA passed away in the residence he shared with his partner, Jessica Kuhns, on Saturday, November 2, 2024. He was born in New Jersey where he spent most of his formative years.

In his younger years, Stan was the life of the party and enjoyed dancing every Saturday night at the Clubhouse in Plainfield. He was a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan and passed his passion on to his oldest son Dimitri.

In 2005, Stan and his former wife, Martine, moved the family to Upper Macungie, PA where they bought their first home. Stan continued to commute to NJ for his job in the heavy machinery industry. He was employed by Foley Caterpillar, Hoffman Equipment, and GT Mid Atlantic.

Stan is survived by his father Stanley Ford, Sr; mother Joyce Ford (Jenkins); sister Dawn Ford; sons Dimitri and his companion Felysha, Nikolas and Daniel Bannon-Ford; daughter Jessika Ford; granddaughter Victoria; many cousins, nieces and nephews; and was looking forward to his second granddaughter in February.

His family has chosen to celebrate his life privately. Arrangements have been entrusted to Allentown Funeral & Cremation Services in Orefield, PA.

A public Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Details TBD.
